They are made from an aluminum panel and frame which can be powder coated to a variety of colours… They can be fitted with a framed or bonded window ..
The radius doors are fitted with heavy duty water seals on external doors, along with a Safety Lock (SL) fitted as standard… Flush mounted key lockable from the reverse side…
For the locker doors, we fit the Lever Lock (LL) as standard…
For larger radius doors or those with high usage, we recommend having a honeycomb core as it provides additional strength and rigidity… We can also add woodex to reinforce areas of the panel to allow for fixing of accessories, such as door closures or gas struts…
We also offer a frame only kit – This is perfect for customers who want to use their own panels… These are easy to assemble and come with all the clips and parts needed… These are perfect for customers who have cut out the panel from their vehicle and want the panel colour/shade to match the rest of the vehicle…
