It all starts with an idea, which is then passed over to our inhouse design team to bring the idea to life using state of the art software, SolidWorks – The team will supply you with 2D and/or 3D drawings for you to visualise the project. By utilising the power of Solidworks, we can build virtual models to; validate the fitment of a custom lock on a door, confirm the location of a window, or give an overall feel for the layout of a run of bonded windows on the side of your vehicle
Once you are happy with the design, we then proceed with production – This is when our trained operatives come into their own. Every product is made to the highest possible quality every time with special care and attention given at every stage, whether, this is on the CNC Plasma 1.5m x 3m Bed, the CNC Router 2, x 3m bed or the Tig Welding 315amp or the Mig Welding 330amp to name but a few processes
Once the products are ready to be assembled, they can then be sent off to be powder coated in our onsite powder coat oven – Most products are powder coated black or white, but you can choose almost any colour. Just supply us with a RAL number

The goods are then assembled and packed ready to be dispatched – We have our own driver for certain deliveries and for all the others, we use trusted 3rd party couriers
